Duonote is an AI-powered note-taking application that provides audio transcription, automatic summarization, and intelligent note organization. Our services include voice recording, AI-generated summaries, search functionality, and cloud synchronization across devices.

3. User Accounts

To use Duonote, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Duonote to:

• Record conversations without consent where required by law
• Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using Duonote, including your notes, recordings, and any generated summaries. Duonote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Duonote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI features, including transcription and summarization, are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated summaries or transcriptions before relying on them for important purposes.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Duonote may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with the applicable app store policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duonote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Duonote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
